Annoucement of merger and relocation.We are pleased to announce that Bridgman Valiante & Villard, PC will be merging with the firm of Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur, CPA's (TSS). Prior to December 31, 2008, we will be relocating to the TSS offices in Centerra Park, Lebanon, NH. Commencing in 2009, we will conduct operations under the name of Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur. All our partners and accounting staff are participating in this merger/move and will continue to service our existing clients. We will notify our clients as to the exact date of our move when it happens. By combining forces, we have created the largest CPA practice in the Upper Valley. This will enable us to provide expanded services while ensuring timely delivery of our core accounting and tax services. We are confident this change will be beneficial to all our clients.
